2025 GIPA Registration

SHOW SELECTION. Any unit participating in Championships must be a circut member and attend a minimum of 2 regular season circuit shows.
PLUS PASS. $50 per regular season show. $85 for Championships. You will receive 7 additional wristbands per show in addition to the 10 wristbands that come with your registration fee.
The 2025 Circuit Membership fee is $650 if registered and paid between Nov 1-Dec 15. The Circuit Membership fee is $750 if registered and paid between Dec 16 - Jan 15. An invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours after you register.
An ensemble may withdraw from a show up until January 15th without penalty. If an ensemble withdraws after January 15th, the ensemble will be charged a $500 withdrawal fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next performance. Any ensemble with outstanding fees will not be allowed to perform until all fees are paid. Penalty payments will be divided between the Show Host ($300) and the Circuit ($200) to cover expenditures incurred before the contest date. If an ensemble decides to withdraw or plans to not perform for a portion of a show (ie. prelims, or finals), the ensemble will be charged a $300 withdrawal fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next performance. Any ensemble with outstanding fees will not be allowed to perform until all fees are paid. This penalty payment will be given directly to the Show Host to cover expenditures incurred before the contest date.
All Scholastic units are required to submit the scholastic eligibility letter by February 1, 2024. No unit will be allowed to perform until all forms are submitted. All forms can be emailed to kevin@gipacircuit.com

Directors are responsible for the behavior of their students at all GIPA events. Every students complete educational experience should include instruction on proper etiquette and expectations. The GIPA and their host schools should feel confident that they can trust members of all participating units and that no student will damage school property or have inappropriate behavior at GIPA sanctioned events. As Unit Director, I hereby state that I have read and understand my responsibilities regarding the behavior of my students at all GIPA events, as stated in the above Code of Conduct.
The Georgia Indoor Percussion Association, Inc. (GIPA) its board members, all local show hosts, and their perspective employees, agents, staff, and representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries to person(s) or damage to personal property by any performing members, staff, or support personnel of the above mentioned unit during or in conjunction with any performances or attendance at any performances of the Georgia Indoor Percussion Association, Inc. events. Furthermore, the above named unit and its sponsoring organization hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Georgia Indoor Percussion Association, Inc., its board members, all local show hosts and their respective employees, agents, staff, and representatives from any and all claims which might be brought by any person(s) associated in any way with the above mentioned unit, including performing members, in any way arising out of or during any performance of the unit at anytime of any Georgia Indoor Percussion Association, Inc. events or in any way arising out of or connected with the attendance of said unit at any Georgia Indoor Percussion Association, Inc. events. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, any injuries sustained by performing members, staff, or support personnel caused by equipment utilized by the unit including props/scenery, flats, sets, scaffolds, or similar equipment or devices. I do hereby certify that I have read the above provisions and am duly authorized to execute and approve this document on behalf of the above-mentioned unit. Furthermore, I hereby acknowledge that all performing members and their parents, staff, and support personnel will be notified of the provisions of this Notification of Non-Liability, Consent and Release form and will be provided with a copy of this form upon request.
